One Piece TCG OP10 Royal Blood: Complete Guide & Card Prices
OP10 Royal Blood prices: the full card list, rarity counts and top cards, led by the Trafalgar Law Manga at $675, plus what is known about pull rates.

🔵 IN THIS GUIDE: Royal Blood is a Trafalgar Law set: he's a Leader, a Secret Rare and the manga rare that carries most of the set's value. Below you'll find the full rarity breakdown, prices as of October 21, 2026, where US and EU prices disagree, and an honest account of what we do and don't know about pull rates.
Quick Answer: The most valuable OP10 card is the Trafalgar Law Parallel (Manga) (OP10-119) at $675.61 TCGplayer market and €522.94 CardMarket trend. Next come four SP inserts: Edward.Newgate SP at $235.51, Sanji SP at $134.11, Uso-Hachi SP at $108.85 and Charlotte Pudding SP at $59.27. The set has 119 numbered cards (6 Leaders, 2 SEC, 10 SR, 26 R, 30 UC, 45 C) plus 25 parallel variants and 7 SP/TR inserts. We can't give verified pull rates because no reliable dataset exists for this set, so treat any specific odds you see online with suspicion.
Royal Blood takes OPCG to Dressrosa and Punk Hazard. The Donquixote family fills the purple block, Caesar Clown and the G-5 Marines lead the red one, Rebecca, Kyros and the colosseum fighters sit in blue, and the Worst Generation returns in yellow. Our catalogue dates the English release to March 21, 2025, so the set has had a year and a half to settle.
The price structure is the familiar one. Most OP10 commons sell for $0.04 to $0.15 on TCGplayer, the six base Leaders all cost under $0.30, and a single manga rare is worth more than a third of every catalogued OP10 entry added together. What you should buy depends on whether you want the Law manga, a playable Leader, or a full binder, and we cover all three below.
This guide follows the same format as our guides to OP06 Wings of the Captain, OP07 500 Years in the Future and OP08 Two Legends. All prices come from BerryWallet's feed of TCGplayer and CardMarket data, pulled on October 21, 2026.
Key Takeaways
- 💎 Law Manga is the set. At $675.61 TCGplayer market, OP10-119 Parallel (Manga) is worth almost three times the next card and 37% of the whole catalogue's summed market price. If you want it, buy the single.
- 🔁 Four SPs make up the second tier. Newgate ($235.51), Sanji ($134.11), Uso-Hachi ($108.85) and Pudding ($59.27) are reprints from starter decks, but they come out of OP10 packs and cost more than any OP10-numbered card except the manga.
- 📉 Sanji SP is falling in Europe. Its CardMarket trend (€85.65) is 26% below its 30-day average (€116.16). If you're buying it on CardMarket, wait.
- 🌍 EU buyers should buy Leader parallels on CardMarket. The Sugar Leader Parallel is $39.63 on TCGplayer and €14.98 CardMarket trend. The Law Leader Parallel is $42.92 versus €22.10. Those gaps are far wider than the exchange rate.
- 📈 Smoker Leader Parallel is rising in Europe. Trend €17.56, above both its 7-day (€15.47) and 30-day (€13.82) averages. It's one of the few cards in the set moving up.
- 🎴 An Event is the top OP10-numbered parallel. Divine Departure Parallel (OP10-019) is $43.55, ahead of every Leader parallel, and it's one of the cards that costs more on CardMarket (€51.75).
- 🃏 Playing OP10 is cheap. All six base Leaders are under $0.30, and 97 of the 153 catalogue entries have a TCGplayer market price below $0.25.
- ❓ Pull rates haven't been verified. We don't publish OP10 odds because our One Piece data has no statistics endpoint and no large public opening sample exists that we trust.

Set Overview
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Set code | OP10 |
| English name | Royal Blood |
| English release date | March 21, 2025 (per our catalogue) |
| Numbered cards | 119 (OP10-001 to OP10-119) |
| Parallel variants | 25 (including 1 manga rare) |
| SP / TR inserts | 7 |
| Tracked catalogue entries | 153 (including two Alternate Art DON!! entries) |
The color blocks follow the usual order. Red (001–021) is Punk Hazard: Caesar Clown, Smoker, Monet, Vergo, the Brownbeard and the Punk Hazard stage. Green (022–041) mixes the Marines (Issho, Sengoku, Smoker, Tashigi) with Wano and Thriller Bark names, plus Mihawk and Law's Radio Knife. Blue (042–061) is the Dressrosa colosseum and the Revolutionary Army: Kyros, Rebecca, Cavendish, Bartolomeo, Leo, Mansherry, Sabo and Koala. Purple (062–080) is the Donquixote family: Doflamingo, Rosinante, Sugar, Diamante, Trebol, Señor Pink, Violet and Baby 5. Black (081–098) brings in Kuzan, the Blackbeard Pirates (Burgess, Shiryu, Sanjuan Wolf) and Ryuma. Yellow (099–117) is the Worst Generation: Kid, Killer, Bege, Hawkins, Apoo, Urouge, X.Drake and Bonney.
The two SECs are Monkey.D.Luffy (OP10-118, Black) and Trafalgar Law (OP10-119, Yellow), and Law also leads in Green/Yellow. That's why the set's chase card is the Law manga rare, while Luffy's SEC parallel sells for about the same as the Law and Sugar Leader Parallels.
The set is old enough that its prices have settled, and most cards sit at their long-term level. If you're new to OPCG, our beginner's guide to collecting One Piece TCG explains how sets, Leaders and rarities fit together before you spend money.

Pull Rates
We don't have verified OP10 pull rates, and we won't publish guesses.
Our One Piece API has no set-statistics endpoint, so there's no pull-rate data in our feed. Pull rates you can trust need thousands of tracked packs opened from many different cases. One case break on YouTube tells you what was in that case, not what the odds are. We haven't seen a public OP10 sample large enough to say "1 in X boxes" with confidence, and a page that gives a precise figure without explaining how the sample was collected is guessing.
What we can say:
- The slot structure is clear. OP10 packs can contain Leaders, SRs, SECs, parallels of each, SP inserts, a Treasure Rare, a manga parallel and alt-art DON!!. The SP, TR and manga slots are scarce by design.
- Prices show the market's view of scarcity. The order is the manga parallel ($675.61), then SP/TR inserts ($32–$236), then Leader, SEC and SR parallels ($2–$43), then base SRs and SECs ($0.32–$9.45). That isn't a pull rate, but it's how collectors who have opened a lot of OP10 price the cards, and it says the Law manga is far rarer than anything else.
- Opening for one card is a bad bet. Whatever the exact odds, most of a typical box resells for cents. If you want a specific chase card, buy it as a single.
Opening packs makes sense if you enjoy it and are happy with whatever comes out. It doesn't make sense as an investment.
Top 5 Cards by Value
Prices as of October 21, 2026. TCGplayer figures are market prices in USD. CardMarket figures are trend prices in EUR, with 7- and 30-day averages to show the direction.
| # | Card | TCGplayer market | CardMarket trend | CM 7-day avg | CM 30-day avg |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Trafalgar Law Parallel (Manga) — OP10-119 | $675.61 | €522.94 | €491.24 | €583.68 |
| 2 | Edward.Newgate SP — ST15-002 | $235.51 | €186.28 | €217.70 | €200.93 |
| 3 | Sanji SP — ST14-003 | $134.11 | €85.65 | €97.38 | €116.16 |
| 4 | Uso-Hachi SP — ST18-001 | $108.85 | €77.22 | €84.21 | €84.52 |
| 5 | Charlotte Pudding SP — ST12-012 | $59.27 | €43.79 | €42.52 | €45.30 |
1. Trafalgar Law Parallel (Manga). The set's flagship. On TCGplayer the lowest listing is $610 and the mid is $676.11, so the US market is tightly grouped. In Europe the trend (€522.94) has bounced above the 7-day average after a dip but is still about €60 below the 30-day average. EU buyers have no reason to rush.
2. Edward.Newgate SP. Its TCGplayer market price equals the mid ($235.51), while the lowest listing is $159.99. That gap usually means few recent sales, so offer below market. On CardMarket the trend has dropped under both averages: it's cooling.
3. Sanji SP. The clearest drop in the set. The CardMarket trend is down 26% from the 30-day average, while TCGplayer holds at $134.11 with listings from $127. If you're in Europe, watch it for a few weeks before buying.
4. Uso-Hachi SP. The steadiest of the top five. Its 7- and 30-day averages are within €0.31 of each other, and the trend sits about €7 below both. It's drifting slightly lower, not falling.
5. Charlotte Pudding SP. The cheapest SP in the top tier, and also flat: trend €43.79 between a 7-day €42.52 and a 30-day €45.30. It's the second Pudding SP in recent sets, after the OP03-112 SP found in OP08 packs.
All five are inserts or the manga, and four of them carry starter-deck numbers. After the manga, the highest-priced cards actually numbered OP10 are the Divine Departure Parallel ($43.55) and the Trafalgar Law Leader Parallel ($42.92).
Adding up the TCGplayer market price of all 153 catalogue entries gives $1,818.11, and the Law manga is 37% of that. That's simple addition, not a set-completion value: our API doesn't provide a completion-value endpoint for One Piece, so we can't give an official master-set price. Current Market Prices
All figures as of October 21, 2026. Set statistics and completion value are not available for this set in our data (the One Piece API has no endpoint for either), so this section covers individual cards.
Other SP and TR inserts
| Card | TCGplayer market | CardMarket trend | CM 30-day avg |
|---|---|---|---|
| Portgas.D.Ace TR (OP08-052) | $46.15 | €53.75 | €71.58 |
| Charlotte Flampe SP (EB01-056) | $45.26 | €32.17 | €41.22 |
| Urouge SP (OP07-021) | $32.74 | €23.80 | €29.20 |
All three are falling on CardMarket. The Ace TR stands out: it's one of the few cards in the set that costs more on CardMarket than on TCGplayer in raw numbers, and its trend is €18 below the 30-day average.
Leader parallels
| Card | TCGplayer market | CardMarket trend |
|---|---|---|
| Trafalgar Law Leader Parallel (OP10-022) | $42.92 | €22.10 |
| Sugar Leader Parallel (OP10-003) | $39.63 | €14.98 |
| Smoker Leader Parallel (OP10-001) | $34.90 | €17.56 |
| Eustass"Captain"Kid Leader Parallel (OP10-099) | $26.03 | €19.82 |
| Usopp Leader Parallel (OP10-042) | $21.02 | €18.23 |
| Caesar Clown Leader Parallel (OP10-002) | $11.00 | €11.07 |
This is where US and EU prices split most. Sugar is 2.6 times cheaper in raw numbers on CardMarket, and Law and Smoker are about half price. Caesar Clown is the exception, priced the same on both. On trend, Smoker shows the strongest rise in Europe, 27% above its 30-day average, and Caesar Clown and Sugar are also above theirs.
SEC, SR and Rare parallels
| Card | TCGplayer market | CardMarket trend |
|---|---|---|
| Divine Departure Parallel (OP10-019, R) | $43.55 | €51.75 |
| Monkey.D.Luffy SEC Parallel (OP10-118) | $38.78 | €31.24 |
| Trafalgar Law SEC Parallel (OP10-119) | $23.04 | €18.26 |
| Sanji SR Parallel (OP10-005) | $20.93 | €11.66 |
| Señor Pink Parallel (OP10-067, R) | $20.50 | €8.73 |
| Smoker SR Parallel (OP10-030) | $16.15 | €10.06 |
| Donquixote Doflamingo Parallel (OP10-071) | $14.27 | €8.65 |
| Donquixote Rosinante Parallel (OP10-072) | $13.79 | €11.39 |
| Kuzan Parallel (OP10-082) | $12.68 | €16.04 |
| Monkey.D.Luffy Parallel (OP10-111, R) | $11.47 | €9.09 |
| Rebecca Parallel (OP10-058) | $10.30 | €8.91 |
| Eustass"Captain"Kid SR Parallel (OP10-112) | $8.40 | €5.52 |
| Cavendish Parallel (OP10-045, R) | $8.13 | €7.00 |
| Monet Parallel (OP10-016) | $4.64 | €3.84 |
| Tashigi Parallel (OP10-032) | $4.59 | €4.54 |
| Franky Parallel (OP10-090, R) | $3.83 | €3.16 |
| Kyros Parallel (OP10-046) | $2.18 | €2.46 |
| Lim Parallel (OP10-037, R) | $2.00 | €1.95 |
Two things to check before you buy. The regular Law SEC Parallel costs $23.04, while the manga version of the same card number costs $675.61, so confirm which one a listing is for. And the Doflamingo Parallel's market price ($14.27) sits below its lowest TCGplayer listing ($15.71), which means recent sales happened cheaper than anything currently listed. Expect to pay at least the lowest listing.
Base SRs, SECs and notable singles
| Card | TCGplayer market | CardMarket trend |
|---|---|---|
| Sanji SR (OP10-005) | $9.45 | €5.03 |
| Trafalgar Law SEC (OP10-119) | $5.00 | €2.66 |
| Monkey.D.Luffy SEC (OP10-118) | $4.42 | €3.24 |
| Smoker SR (OP10-030) | $2.13 | €1.56 |
| Donquixote Doflamingo SR (OP10-071) | $2.00 | €1.34 |
| Donquixote Rosinante SR (OP10-072) | $1.88 | €1.29 |
| Kuzan SR (OP10-082) | $1.85 | €1.55 |
| Cavendish (OP10-045, R) | $1.25 | €0.89 |
| Eustass"Captain"Kid SR (OP10-112) | $0.91 | €0.67 |
The base Sanji SR is unusual: at $9.45 it's worth more than either base SEC, and more than several parallels. Cavendish is the only non-parallel Rare above $1 on TCGplayer, which points to steady demand from players.
Bulk, Leaders and DON!!
- Base Leaders: Usopp $0.27, Smoker $0.23, Caesar Clown $0.21, Trafalgar Law $0.20, Sugar $0.14, Eustass"Captain"Kid $0.13.
- Commons and uncommons: almost all between $0.03 and $0.18 TCGplayer market. The highest is Nami (033, UC) at $0.27.
- DON!!: the Alternate Art DON is $0.56 in foil and $0.50 in normal on TCGplayer. Both show the same CardMarket figures (€0.29 trend), which suggests CardMarket groups them under one listing. Use the TCGplayer prices for DON.
Sealed product: we have no booster box or case prices for OP10 in our data, so we won't quote a figure.
Where to Buy
Singles, US: TCGplayer is the default. Its market prices are reliable for the Law manga and the Leader parallels. For thinly traded cards like the Newgate SP, compare the lowest listing with the market price and offer near the lower one.
Singles, EU: use CardMarket, especially for the Sugar, Law and Smoker Leader Parallels, the Señor Pink Parallel and the Sanji SR, where EU prices are well below US ones. Our One Piece TCG Europe buying guide covers sellers, shipping and how to read CardMarket price fields.
EU buyers, check TCGplayer for a few cards. It works the other way too: the Divine Departure Parallel, the Kuzan Parallel and the Ace TR are cheaper on TCGplayer in raw numbers.
Expensive cards (Law Manga, Newgate SP, Sanji SP): buy only from sellers with a long feedback history, or buy graded. Check the card number and variant name carefully, because the manga and regular Law parallels share OP10-119. For fees, buyer protection and eBay's role, read where to buy and sell One Piece cards: TCGplayer vs CardMarket vs eBay.
Sealed: we have no OP10 sealed price data, so we're not making a sealed recommendation for this set. For how we think about sealed versus singles across sets, see our One Piece TCG investment guide.
Our recommendation: players should buy the base Leader they want for under $0.30 and the parallel only if they care about the art. Collectors after the Law manga should buy on TCGplayer, where the market is tight, or wait in Europe while the trend sits below the 30-day average. Hold off on the Sanji SP and the Ace TR while their CardMarket trends fall. Completionists should pick up Leader and SR parallels in Europe and leave the SPs for last.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the most expensive card in OP10?
The Trafalgar Law Parallel (Manga), OP10-119. As of October 21, 2026, its TCGplayer market price is $675.61 and its CardMarket trend is €522.94. The next most valuable card is the Edward.Newgate SP at $235.51.
How much is the Law manga card worth?
$675.61 TCGplayer market, with listings from $610. On CardMarket the trend is €522.94, below its 30-day average of €583.68, so it's softer in Europe right now. Don't confuse it with the regular Law SEC Parallel, which is $23.04.
What are the pull rates for OP10?
There are no verified pull rates for OP10, and we don't publish guesses. Reliable odds need thousands of tracked packs, and our One Piece data has no statistics endpoint. What we know is that the manga, SP and TR slots are the scarcest, and prices reflect that.
How many cards are in Royal Blood?
119 numbered cards: 6 Leaders, 2 SECs, 10 SRs, 26 Rares, 30 Uncommons and 45 Commons. There are also 25 parallel variants and 7 SP/TR inserts, for 151 collectible card versions before counting DON!!.
What leaders are in OP10?
Six: Smoker (Green/Red), Caesar Clown (Blue/Red), Sugar (Purple/Red), Trafalgar Law (Green/Yellow), Usopp (Blue/Black) and Eustass"Captain"Kid (Yellow). The Law, Sugar and Smoker Leader Parallels are the expensive ones, from $34.90 to $42.92 on TCGplayer.
How much is an OP10 booster box?
We don't have sealed OP10 prices in our data, so we can't give a figure we'd stand behind. Check current listings on TCGplayer or CardMarket, and keep in mind that most of the set's value sits in one manga rare and a few SPs.
Is OP10 worth buying in 2026?
Buy singles, not packs. Base Leaders cost under $0.30, so OP10 is a cheap set to play. Among the expensive cards, most CardMarket trends are flat or falling, so there's no rush. The cards moving up are a few Leader parallels, led by Smoker.
Why are OP10 cards cheaper on CardMarket?
The US and EU markets have separate supply and demand. The Sugar, Law and Smoker Leader Parallels are half price or less on CardMarket in raw numbers. But the Divine Departure Parallel, the Kuzan Parallel and the Ace TR cost more there. Compare both platforms for each card.
